The main characters of this project were the wondrous views and light from this incredible apartment perched on the 12th floor overlooking Central Park and the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Our brief was for the design to provide unobstructed vistas while creating a peaceful and flexible home. The palette of soft blues and greys mimic the changing colors of the sky. Reflective glass and mirrors were used to enhance the expansiveness within and outward. Diaphanous curtains dapple the light without blocking the beauty of the city beyond.
